Sajorn
Offerings in Yoga & Embodied Practice

Take a deep breath.
This is where the breath meets myth, and the body becomes the altar again.

These are my current offerings in yoga and embodied ritual.

Sajorn (archaic, origin unknown)

/ˈsā-jorn/ v. intr.

  1. To dwell briefly in a sacred, in-between place; to rest inside the pause between becoming and unbecoming.

  2. To journey inward through the breath, body, and myth, often during a season of descent or transition.

  3. A somatic rite of passage; a lived prayer in motion.

Often used in times of seasonal shift, inner unraveling, or sacred return. Suggests both softness and discipline, grief and grace. Not a retreat, but a conscious thresholding.
